The Butte Local Development Corporation/Headwaters RC&D (‘The Organization’) is pleased to offer potential bidders the opportunity to submit a proposal to conduct a feasibility study of the Butte area, in conjunction with the Headwaters Tech Hub (HTH); Montana Technological University (Montana Tech); and Butte-Silver Bow City-County Government, Community Development Department (BSB), to determine the efficacy of an accelerator or incubator in the community.
